Ingredients of unrivaled quality!

- Hyaluronic Acid – Two molecular weights:

Hyaluronic acid is a molecule naturally present in our skin. Depending on the tissue in which this molecule is present, it takes a different form and therefore a larger or smaller molecular weight (size of the molecule).

In The Hyaluronic Concentrate, we find 2 types of hyaluronic acid: low molecular weight, known as LMW (small molecule), and high molecular weight, known as HMW (very large molecule).

HMW hyaluronic acid does not penetrate the skin; it stays on its surface, forming a protective, hydrating film thanks to its remarkable water-retention properties. Once well hydrated, the skin regains all its radiance and healthy glow.

LMW hyaluronic acid penetrates the layers of the epidermis and thus stimulates the cells that produce natural hyaluronic acid: the fibroblasts. These cells restructure the skin's underlying tissue, giving it a smoother, bouncier appearance.

- Cucumber Extract:

Besides its irresistible scent and immediate freshness effect, cucumber is an extremely popular anti-fatigue ingredient. Who has never tried the famous eye mask with freshly cut cucumber?

Extremely rich in vitamins (notably B and C), trace elements and minerals, the cucumber extract used in our cosmetic formulas is of exceptional quality, and its intense scent is there to prove it (all of the cucumber scent in our formulas is obtained from an unprocessed cucumber extract – 100% natural. A great source of pride. It is rare enough to be worth mentioning.

Ultra hydrating, purifying and regenerating, cucumber is a super ingredient for a radiant complexion. It also regulates the skin's metabolism; it will calm stressed skin and revitalize tired skin.

Its richness in enzymes (small molecules that naturally break down other larger molecules) also gives it its brightening properties (by destroying the molecules responsible for the coloring of the epidermis) and astringent properties (by breaking down the molecules of dead cells present on the skin's surface and thus speeding up their renewal).

- The Mystery Ingredient, biosaccharide gum:

Don't be scared by its name. This little-known ingredient is a blend of different natural sugars (from bacterial fermentation) that plays 2 roles in our serum: giving our formula a silky touch and enhancing the action of hyaluronic acid.

Just like us, our cells fill up on energy in contact with sugar. Sugar molecules are broken down by our cells, which thus find all the energy needed for their metabolism to work properly. Combined with hyaluronic acid, biosaccharide gum therefore “awakens” skin cells to stimulate their production of collagen and hyaluronic acid and even their regeneration. It also shows excellent hydrating and skin-protecting properties.

- Organic Rose Water:

Our rose water is obtained during the distillation of Damask roses. As with any distillation, two products are collected when producing an essential oil: the essential oil and the plant's hydrosol. Although less concentrated in aromatic molecules (active molecules that provide the aromatherapeutic benefits specific to the extract), rose water is nonetheless a super-powerful ally for your skin. Cleansing, purifying, refreshing, astringent; it is the perfect natural toner to awaken all skin types.

- Vegetable Glycerin:

It is an ingredient with essential properties for the skin, present in all (or almost all) our cosmetic formulas, and for good reason!

To obtain it, first bring together a fatty substance (plant oil) and soda, and you get soap and glycerin. This is called saponification. When making natural soaps, the glycerin is recovered and then incorporated into cosmetic products. Its great affinity with water makes it an excellent hydrating (attracting water) and humectant (retaining water) agent. By restoring a good balance of the hydrolipidic film, glycerin protects the skin and makes it suppler.

- Skin-Gentle Preservatives:

As with all cosmetic compositions containing water, we need to add preservatives to physically and bacteriologically stabilize our formulas over time. All the preservatives we use are on the positive lists of all organic cosmetics certification bodies.
