Face routines

A simple routine can be organized around a few steps: cleanse the skin, apply the eye contour, target the priority need with a serum, then hydrate or nourish with a cream. In the morning, finish with sun protection.

Generally apply textures from the lightest to the richest: cleansing, eye contour, serum, cream, then sun protection in the morning. An oil is used after water-based products and can, depending on your needs, replace the cream or complete the evening routine.

The goals are not quite the same. In the morning, the routine aims in particular to hydrate and protect. In the evening, it starts with removing makeup and impurities, ideally with a double cleanse, then leaves more room for nourishing or regenerating products.

There is no need to multiply the steps. A coherent, regular routine, built around cleansing, a targeted product and a suitable cream, can be enough. Complementary products are then added according to a real need.

Start by identifying the priority need: dehydration, wrinkles, firmness, blemishes or lack of radiance. Then choose complementary products rather than piling up several products with the same function.
