All our shipments leave from France. Orders placed before 12pm are handed to the carrier the next business day, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Colissimo is a service provided by La Poste. In mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, the shipping contribution is €8.00 incl. VAT, and shipping is free over €60.
The carrier provides tracked delivery without signature. You can follow your order using the parcel number received by email. The parcel is delivered directly to your mailbox. If the mailbox is too small or missing, or in case of absence, any person residing at this address who wishes to take charge of the parcel (neighbor, caretaker…) may do so; a delivery notice is then left, inviting the recipient to collect the parcel at a post office.
The average time is 2 to 4 business days from the moment the order is placed. For any order placed before 12pm, HUYGENS commits to using its best efforts to hand the parcel to La Poste the same day.
For deliveries in the European Union and other specific territories, the shipping contribution is €10.00 to €12.00 incl. VAT depending on the zone, and shipping is free over €90. The average time is 5 to 10 business days.
In mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, the carrier provides tracked delivery with signature. The cost is €12.00 incl. VAT and shipping is free over €60, with next-day delivery.
For deliveries in the European Union and specific territories (Vatican, San Marino, Andorra, Switzerland), the cost is €15.00 incl. VAT and shipping is free over €150.
For all other countries, the cost is €30.00 incl. VAT and depends on the country, weight and volume of the parcel. The average time is 2 to 4 business days.
In mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, Mondial Relay lets you pick up your parcel at the Point Relais of your choice among 8,500 locations. Shipping costs €5.00 and is free for any order over €60.
Delivery delays cannot give rise to any penalty or compensation, nor justify cancelling the order. However, if the maximum delivery time of 30 days is exceeded, HUYGENS commits to refunding the full amount of the order as soon as possible.
HUYGENS reserves the right to extend delivery times from December 1 to January 1 in case of very high order volumes. If the delivery time is extended, the customer is informed before finalizing the order.
The customer must provide a valid delivery address: if it is incorrect, HUYGENS cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product.
Times are indicative and run from the moment the order is placed. They may be longer during busy periods, from December 1 to January 1.
